"The same garden. Two completely different reasons to be standing in it."
The Garden Kimono was drawn from two botanical gardens on opposite sides of the world — one a walled Mediterranean garden at high summer, one an ornamental garden in South and Southeast Asia where the wildlife moves through the abundance as if it was arranged for them.
Garden Botanical came from the Mediterranean walled garden — the climbing crimson and blush botanicals pushing through sage and mint foliage, the amber border at the hem the garden wall that makes the whole thing possible. The garden at its most unruly and its most beautiful simultaneously.
Garden Bird came from the ornamental garden farther east — the cobalt birds in mid-flight through coral and pink botanical abundance on a warm peach ground, the sky blue border at the cuffs and hem the open sky the birds are always moving toward.
Different gardens. The same understanding that the most beautiful thing in any garden is the moment when it forgets it is being looked at.

"It actually felt like the photos."

Wore it to a friend's vow renewal in Tulum and three people stopped me on the way to dinner. The cotton-rayon blend is so much softer than I expected.
"Worth every dollar."
I almost never buy dresses online because of fit. The size guide here is the best I've seen — measured my chest, hips, and length, took the L, perfect.
"Stunning — but size up if between."
Print and fabric are gorgeous. Bodice runs slightly snug — I'm usually between an XS and S, took the XS, the shoulder ties helped but I'd recommend the S if you're between sizes.
